1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Arcadia Slots (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App worldwide.

Arcadia Slots is operated by T-RexFellas ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

3. No Real Money Gambling

• Virtual currency cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services
• Winning virtual currency does not entitle you to any real-world compensation
• Game outcomes are generated for entertainment and do not reflect real gambling odds
• Past performance in the App does not predict future outcomes

4. In-App Purchases

Arcadia Slots offers optional in-app purchases of virtual currency and items. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms and conditions.

• All purchases are voluntary and not required to enjoy the App
• Virtual items purchased have no real-world value and cannot be transferred
• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit virtual items at any time
• Refund requests must be submitted through the respective app store platform

5. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• One account per person — creating multiple accounts is prohibited
• You must provide accurate and current information during registration
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using cheats, bots, scripts, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Attempting to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the App
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotional offers
• Selling, trading, or transferring your account to another person
• Using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to graphics, sounds, game mechanics, text, and software, is the property of T-RexFellas and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, T-RexFellas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of virtual currency or game progress.
